A lightweight tray utility that monitors your clipboard silently in the background and clears it automatically—configurable, unobtrusive, and completely private.
Tray Menu Control
Right-click the tray icon for instant access to Options, Clear Now, Pause Cleaning, and more. Everything is one click away without opening a full window.
Pause & Resume
Suspend automatic clearing without exiting the app. Resume with one click. The tray tooltip shows current status in real time: "Checking every 30 seconds," "Clearing in progress," or "Paused."
Countdown & Notifications
Optionally show a countdown popup (3–9 seconds) before clearing, with a Cancel button to abort. Desktop notifications confirm when the clipboard has been cleared.
Dark & Light Mode
Follows your Windows system setting automatically. No manual switching required—Clipboard Cleaner looks right whether your desktop is light or dark.

How It Works
Runs in the background
Launch Clipboard Cleaner and it settles into your system tray. No window, no interruption. It monitors your clipboard silently using a configurable check interval.
Detects clipboard content
When the check finds content on your clipboard, the clear delay timer starts. You have the full delay period to paste before anything is removed.
Clears on schedule
After the delay expires, the clipboard is cleared. If you already cleared it manually, the pending clear is cancelled automatically. Optionally, a countdown popup gives you a last chance to cancel.
Confirms and resets
A desktop notification confirms the clipboard was cleared. The cycle resets and Clipboard Cleaner resumes monitoring—silently, automatically, without any action from you.
